Return & Exchange Policy
- All our products are handmade and personalized. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or we made a mistake.
- In case of damage or error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and free from personal use traces.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer (except when the error is ours).
- Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
