CONSUMER RIGHTS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS


By placing an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable legislation concerning the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

Shipping costs related to product delivery are to be paid by the buyer.

Each purchased product will be delivered to the buyer or the person/institution at the address specified by the buyer within a maximum legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered in full and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with accompanying documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if any.

If the seller becomes aware that fulfilling the order has become impossible, they must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days. The total amount paid must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.


IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:

If the buyer does not pay for the product or cancels the transaction in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product is nullified.


PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

If, after product delivery, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer was used fraudulently by unauthorized persons and the product fee is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs covered by the seller.


IF DELIVERY CANNOT BE MADE ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:

If force majeure or unforeseen circumstances prevent the timely delivery of the product, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may choose to cancel the order, receive a similar product, or delay delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the order is canceled and payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will also be made to the bank within 14 days, although it may take 2–3 weeks for the amount to appear in the buyer’s account.


BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

Before accepting delivery, the buyer must inspect the product and should not accept damaged or defective goods (e.g., dented, broken, torn packaging). Products accepted by the buyer are considered undamaged and in good condition. After delivery, the buyer must carefully preserve the product. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason, by rejecting the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the buyer or the person/institution at the address designated, provided they notify the seller through the contact information below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day withdrawal period starts from the contract signing date. The right of withdrawal cannot be used for services that have already begun with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period ends.

The cost of exercising the right of withdrawal belongs to the seller.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent to the seller within 14 days by registered mail with return receipt, fax, or email, and the product must not fall under the category of “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used.”


USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The invoice of the delivered product must be returned. (If the invoice is issued on behalf of a company, the return must be accompanied by a return invoice issued by the company. Returns cannot be processed without a return invoice.)

The return form, product packaging, box, and any standard accessories must also be included and in undamaged condition.


RETURN CONDITIONS:

Once the withdrawal notice is received by the seller, the total price and any documents that have placed the buyer under financial obligation will be returned to the buyer within 10 days. The product must be returned within 20 days.

If the value of the product has decreased due to the buyer’s fault, or if return becomes impossible, the buyer must compensate the seller for the damage. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration due to proper use within the withdrawal period.

If using the right of withdrawal causes the order total to fall below the promotional limit, any discounts applied under the campaign will be cancelled.


PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED:

Products prepared in line with the buyer’s personal requests or personal needs, underwear bottoms, swimwear bottoms, cosmetics, single-use items, perishable or soon-to-expire goods, opened hygiene-sensitive products, mixed goods that cannot be separated due to their nature, newspapers or magazines except those under subscription agreements, digital content delivered instantly, and intangible goods delivered electronically cannot be returned.

Also, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services started with the consumer’s approval before the end of the withdrawal period.

Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, software, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and stationery (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) must be unopened, unused, untested, and undamaged to be eligible for return.


DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

If the buyer defaults on payment made by credit card, they agree to pay interest and be liable to their bank as per the terms of their credit card agreement. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action and demand expenses and attorney fees from the buyer. If the buyer defaults on payment, the buyer agrees to compensate the seller for any damages or losses incurred.
