How do I record my voice message?
* The easiest way to record your message is to use your phone's Voice Memo or Voice Recorder app. You can email the file directly from your phone. You can also use your phone or camera's video feature to record (while pointing the camera anywhere) and email me that file.
* How do I hear my piece of Custom Soundwave Jewelry?
Soundwave jewelry does not make a sound; it is a visible but not audible representation of the soundwave. However, the QR Code will direct you to a link to play uploaded/recorded sound associated with your soundwave.
* How do I scan a QR code on my iPhone, iPad, or Android device?
Most smartphones have built-in QR scanners, and some of the most recent smartphones should already have scanners built into their cameras. If not, you can download a QR code scanner app from the App Store on your phone.
* Scanning a QR code using your device couldn’t be easier:
-Open the QR reader application or the camera on your smartphone.
-Point it at the QR code. You should be able to point your camera from any angle, and it will still work.
-The QR Code will direct you to the link to play the uploaded/recorded sound associated with your soundwave.
* If you’d like only a portion of your recording engraved, please let us know in the comments field after uploading your file.
* You can submit your sound file to us in any audio format. Please choose the most convenient format for you and provide us with the file accordingly.
