  • Custom engraving and gift wrapping are prepared immediately after your purchase to ensure fast dispatch.

  • We use trusted express providers such as DHL and UPS to ensure fast, safe delivery to your door.


Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Address Changes & Failed Delivery

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute parcels once they have been dispatched.

  • If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we can reship it to a corrected address; additional postage may apply.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the scanned delivery date or receipt so we can assist. For damage, please include clear photos of the packaging and item.
